Price is not the only factor that should be compared while shopping around for a mover. The moving company's reputation should be just as important as the price when getting moving quotes and estimates. Check with your local Better Business Bureau to see what kind of complaints, if any, a particular moving company has had over the past few years.

Sometimes just doing a simple google search might give you people's experience with a particular moving company. One important point to know is that moving companies often have different names, especially if one name has been attacked with complaints by unhappy consumers.
